Roma’s Paw thoughts

Hello I’m Roma,

I’m about 7 to 9 months old I’m not sure because I was a street puppy in Bucharest,I lost my mummy and had to fend for myself. I was rescued and now have a knew mummy called Freya ,  now I live in New Mills in the High Peak with my Mummy Freya and Grandma Sharon, I love it I have my own garden and everything :-).

Those BIG H.Crabtree HGV Lorries  don’t bother me I can easily dodge them and cars they are no problem to me at all, I’m used to busy places. Granny Sharon has got me a new friend called Gilly from Love Your Animals and she gives me cuddles and on Tuesday she took me for a long walk.

We went to some places where there weren’t any cars and hardly any people I found it a bit scary but Gilly told me it was ok and gave me more cuddles.

Oooh I wonder what that is?

We met Molly the Collie I was shy at first Gilly reassured me and Molly was friendly enough .

Gilly took me to the Millenium Walkway I found it a bit daunting at first but she told me it was fine19116scary millenium walkway and I walked across,,,,quite a bridge. We met some friends in the Torrs and their mum gave me some sausage as a yummy treat. Then Gilly showed me how to go up big steps and I soon got the hang of them .

Gilly said I was a very good girl and that I could relax as we headed back home down Union Road, I felt comfortable with the noise and traffic. I was very tired it had been an exciting day.
